Living room equipped with Internet, TV, Printer, Alexa, Bluetooth speakers. Beach essentials included such as towel. Beach umbrellas. Volleyball. Beach Toys. Kitchen equipped with all the items you need. Nespresso coffee maker with milk brother to make your morning cappuccino. Electric kettle. Toaster. Microwave. Oven. Stove. Fridge. Dish Washer. Rice Cooker. Blender and all the pots & pans you need to make life comfortable. You can use tons of our spices and seasoning too. Street parking is available for free with city permit. Short term rental (rent included internet, tv, electricity, A/C, water, maintenance fees) 5+ lease - $2600/month (plus electricity and internet) or $2800/month inclusive, 3-5 month lease - $3000/month, 0-2 month - $3200/month. 10 month lease maximum. First & last month rent deposit required plus $1000 security deposit. You don't have to arrive on the first or leave on the the last day of the month.
