Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. Our pool heating system may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions, and the temperature of the spillover spa can fluctuate between 80°F and 100°F depending on outdoor conditions.
