Just a short walk to the beach, it’s the perfect space to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the Miami Beach vibe. Our grill is available for a one-time fee rental which includes one propane tank. Activating the pool and spa heating system will incur an additional fee of $45 per night, with a minimum three-night charge. Only guests 25 years or older are allowed unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are permitted, and only registered guests can stay overnight. Vehicles parked in violation of the parking rules are subject to immediate towing. Charcoal grills are a fire hazard and are strictly prohibited on our property. Only propane grills are allowed. Discovery of usage of charcoal grill may lead to a financial fine of up to $500 and eviction from the home. Our pool heating system may not function optimally in extremely cold weather conditions. Please allow at least 24 hours for the pool to reach your desired temperature.
