The three full bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and towels. The living area features an open floor plan that is perfect for entertaining. The kitchen is fully equipped with a blender, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, and beautiful granite countertops. This home has an expansive backyard with a beautiful screened-in pool where you can enjoy watching for dolphins and manatees in the river, soak in the beautiful Florida sun, and witness NASA rocket launches. Guests will also have access to a private dock on the river, two canoes, an inflatable stand-up paddle board, a propane BBQ grill, Wi-Fi, and cable TV. Capable of fitting up to 12 guests, this is the perfect getaway for friends and families. While we love all furry friends, only dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet per stay.
