This is an oceanfront #303 unit at the Tradewinds in Marco Island, which is known to have the best view on the island, with a large balcony facing the beach. 1 Bedroom, 1.5 Baths, both the bedroom and living room are facing the beach and have a balcony beach view. Imagine waking up and seeing that scene of the beautiful Marco Island Beach and white sand. This is my personal favorite property of mine, nothing overcomes waking up to that view, but there's much more to it! Our property is freshly renovated, luxurious, and modernly designed, with high-end furniture, brand new appliances, luxury mattresses (top-ranked brand), a smart-home system that can be controlled by voice (there's a guide with all the commands), ultra-fast internet speed (1000 MB), and many more amenities. We're rated 5 stars on Airbnb, and marked as an exceptional property with a 100% rate of guests being extremely satisfied with the view, the cleanings, and the service. We always make sure that our guests are comfortable during their stay and have everything they may need. We stock the fridge with new and sealed: food, spreads, drinks, alcohol, multiple welcome baskets with fruit, snacks, hygiene products, and everything you need for the perfect stay, It's all waiting for you here upon check-in :) The property comes with weekly cleaning, by our lovely housekeeper Patricia. She will clean the condo, wash all the sheets, and make sure that the condo is spotless for you every single week.
