Non aggressive dog under 20 pounds and/or cats are welcome with $500 non refundable pet fee. Fence back yard with storage shed included. Lawn service paid by landlord. Near schools and shopping. Will only consider NON -smokers. Rental Criteria: Prospective tenants will need to complete a rental application and consent to a background and credit check. Application Requirements: • Completed rental application • Government-issued photo ID • Proof of income: 3 recent pay stubs and/or 3 months of bank statements • Minimum income requirement: 3 x the rent • Credit, background, and eviction screening for all adult applicants • No prior evictions, bankruptcy, repossession • Application fee: $ 70.00(non-refundable) EMPLOYMENT: Prospective tenants must have verifiable current employment with a minimum of six months of employment history or a verifiable source of income. Three months of recent bank statements are required. CREDIT SCORE: A minimum credit score of 650 is preferred. Applicants may be denied for certain criminal convictions that could impact resident safety or property security. OCCUPANCY: The maximum number of occupants allowed is three.
