Violating quiet hours will result in a $300 USD fine and may lead to eviction without a refund. All properties are 100% smoke-free. Smoking inside the property will result in a $250 USD fine for cleaning and odor removal. If marijuana consumption is detected or there is a strong smell, an automatic fine will be applied, and the reservation may be canceled without a refund. In properties with outdoor spaces, smoking is only allowed in designated areas. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
