Smoking inside the house is prohibited, and guests found smoking will be charged an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Unauthorized guests beyond the home capacity will incur a $50 fine per guest. The unit does not include on-site parking, and unauthorized vehicles will incur a $50 charge per vehicle.
