Guests will have access to the entire unit, with the exception of one closet, as well as shared outdoor spaces such as the pool area. Smoking inside the house will incur an extra $250 cleaning fee for odor removal. Unauthorized guests beyond the home capacity may be fined $50 per unapproved guest. Unauthorized vehicles will incur an extra charge of $50 per vehicle. Please do not eat outside to help prevent pests and do not place any trash in the patio. Use plastic cups when drinking by the pool. If there is evidence of broken glass and the pool needs full cleaning, it will cost $300. By booking this property, you agree to use the pool at your own risk. Anyone under the age of 18 should not use the pool without adult supervision. Guests who stay beyond their checkout time without approval will be charged $100 per hour.
