The kitchen is charming with 5 foot long antique washboard sink and 2 1020's workbenches for counter and 8 foot island. Cuisinart appliances and cookware. The long open bath features a unique vanity and large rainfall shower. Washer and dryer in apartment. Outdoor patio with grill and seating complete the picture. We are available for short term job contracts or monthly getaways. Right down the street from stellar Lake Grassy, a short drive to multiple other great lakes and golf course and the charming town of Lake Placid, the caladium capital of the the world!
