Pet application is required. THIS IS A NON SMOKING UNIT! Rent is $3,500 per month from January thru April (Seasonal Rate) and $2,700 per month from May thru December (Non-Seasonal Rate). Utilities are included at a rate of $150 per month. Owner reserves to right to charge tenant, and tenant agrees to pay, any amount over the contractual $150 utility charge.
