Biking is a popular way to explore the coastal area. No pets are allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the home, and no illegal substances are allowed on the property. No parties or events are allowed. No loud music is permitted, and guests must adhere to local noise ordinances and observe quiet hours starting at 9 PM. Guests must be respectful of neighbors at all times and refrain from eating or drinking in the bedrooms. Do not set the AC below 70°F to prevent system damage. Beach gear must be rinsed after use and stored properly each day, and do not leave beach equipment on the beach overnight. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged.
