This apartment includes covered parking and a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, Keurig and drip coffee maker, bar seating, and a wine cooler. There is a cozy living space with an electric fireplace and 4 flat-screen Smart TVs. Beach gear is included, with 2 beach chairs, 8 beach towels, a cart, and a cooler available. Enjoy access to the community pool and the convenience of a washer and dryer. An air conditioning and UV light air filtration system are also included. Covered parking is available for 2 vehicles. Nestled in Indian Shores, this apartment is in a peaceful coastal town only moments from the Gulf’s sandy shoreline. You’ll be close to beach access, great local dining, cozy coffee spots, and nearby shops. Popular destinations like Clearwater Beach and other local attractions are just a short drive away. A car is recommended for visiting nearby beaches, restaurants, and local spots. Beach access is only steps away from the apartment. The PTSA Beach Trolley runs along Gulf Blvd from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach and stops right nearby. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am daily. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. We do not allow pets. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, we reserve the right to charge a $250 penalty. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property.
