Getting around is easy, with the PTSA Beach Trolley stopping nearby, offering convenient access to explore Gulf Boulevard from Clearwater to St. Pete Beach. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am daily. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250.
