If you are a 2-car family we have additional parking spaces available for a monthly fee of $25.00. Small pets (25lbs or less) are allowed - maximum of two pets per apartment, dog breed restrictions are enforced, and there is a monthly pet fee that is additional. Leases are for 12 months, renter's insurance is required at move in.
