Come and relax at Marine Villas Hollywood in this spacious 1-bedroom apartment that sleeps up to 2 adults. You will have a king-size bed. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can enjoy a Keurig coffee machine. Cook on the BBQ in the garden and ride the Boardwalk on the bikes. For the rare rainy days, games and puzzles are available and the apartment is equipped with a smart TV. A private parking spot is included in each reservation on site. Only 1 parking spot is allowed as space is limited. If you would like to keep your vehicle parked after checking out and if space is available, there is a $20.00 charge and must be approved beforehand. Due to fire codes and insurance, only registered guests are allowed to sleep on the property. If there are any unregistered guests, you may be asked to leave or pay additional charges. Quiet time on Hollywood Beach is from 11:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. as per Hollywood Noise Ordinance. Towels are provided on Friday; if more are needed before then, please ask. Absolutely no smoking in the rooms at any time; a $250.00 fee will be charged if caught smoking indoors. Smoking is allowed outside as long as it doesn't bother other guests. No candles are allowed for any reason. A minimum $100.00 charge will be applied if the apartment is damaged or left excessively dirty. Please clean the grill after use to avoid a $25 cleaning charge. Pets are not accepted; a pet cleaning fee of a minimum of $100.00 may be charged if extra cleaning is required. Service dogs are accepted but must be with you at all times and never left alone.
