The rooftop infinity pool and lounge area offer amazing ocean and Intracoastal views. Parking is not included. You can park at the condo for $42 a day, or obtain a public parking pass for $110 plus taxes per month, which allows you to park on any street or city parking lot. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free; fees may apply for additional pets, with a 25 lbs restriction. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage.
