The fully equipped gourmet kitchen includes a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, a glass stove, an integrated oven, a silent dishwasher, an integrated microwave, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The spacious bedroom includes a hairdryer, an electronic safe, an iron/ironing board, and TVs. The apartment is fully furnished with ceramic floors, electronic door locks, European-style cabinetry, and modern designer fixtures and faucets. A resort fee of $40 per day per unit is mandatory and payable exclusively through debit or credit cards. Parking is not included, but options are available: park at the condo for $42 a day or obtain a public parking pass for $110 plus taxes per month. A pack and play crib is available upon request.
