The fully equipped gourmet kitchen features a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, a glass stove, an integrated oven, a silent dishwasher, an integrated microwave, a stove, dishes, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The spacious bedroom includes a hairdryer, an electronic safe, an iron and ironing board, and TVs. The apartment is fully furnished with ceramic floors, electronic door locks, European-style cabinetry, and modern-style designer fixtures and faucets. Enjoy access to the rooftop infinity pool, hot tub, gym, and sun deck. Parking is not included, but you can park at the condo for $42 a day or issue a public parking pass for $110 a month plus taxes. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free, but fees may apply for additional pets. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (doesn’t apply to ESA).
