A resort fee will be charged at check-in and is not included. Parking is not included, but options are available: park at the condo for $42 a day or obtain a public parking pass for $110 plus taxes for the month. A Pack and Play crib is available upon request. The property is pet-friendly, welcoming one pet per unit for free, with fees applicable for additional pets. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction, which does not apply to ESA. The public beach and Boardwalk within the City of Hollywood Beach do not allow pets, although service animals are welcome. A registration fee of $50 is required, and a security deposit hold of $100 is authorized at check-in and released upon check-out.
