This modern condo resort features a rooftop infinity pool, hot tub, gym, and sun deck. Parking is not included. You can park at the condo for $42 a day, or issue a public parking pass for $110 plus taxes per month, which allows you to park on any street or city parking lot. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free; fees may apply for additional pets. There is a 25 lbs restriction for pets, which doesn't apply to ESA. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk has bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and check-out is any time before 11 am. Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage.
