This brand-new apartment offers all the comfort you need. The well-designed bedroom mixes natural wood and stone with organic textures, along with state-of-the-art technology. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen offers a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, a glass stove, an integrated oven, a silent dishwasher, an integrated microwave, a stove, dishes, a coffee maker, and a toaster. The spacious bedroom includes a hairdryer, an electronic safe, an iron/ironing board, and TVs. Enjoy access to the rooftop infinity pool, hot tub, gym, and sun deck. The apartment is fully furnished with ceramic floors, electronic door locks, European-style cabinetry, and modern-style designer fixtures and faucets. Parking is available at the condo for $42 a day, or you can issue a public parking pass for the whole month for $110 plus taxes, which allows you to park on any street or city parking lot (300 Connecticut St). A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free; fees may apply for additional pets. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (doesn’t apply to esa). Located along North Ocean Drive in the lively community of Hollywood Beach, this apartment puts you at the heart of the action. Within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, you can enjoy exciting activities such as jet skiing, fishing, sailing, and biking. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk, paved with bricks, has 2.5 miles of bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to help prevent condensation and property damage. Check-in is any time after 4 pm, and check-out is any time before 11 am. A registration fee of $50 (one time only) applies.
