The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. The resort fee covers essential beach services including umbrella, towels, and two chairs with a daily charge of $40 for stays of 1–14 nights, $35 for stays of 15–29 nights, and $30 for stays of 30+ nights. Valet parking is optional with a fee of $35 per day for 1–7 days, $30 per day for 8+ days, $650 monthly, and $480 per month for stays of 6 months or more. A package reception service is available with a cost per package of $5.50 during regular hours and $27.50 after hours. Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your package. In case of any lost linens or apartment keys, an additional cost will be charged to replace them. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited and violations may result in fines from building management. Smoking is not allowed indoors as it may result in a fine. Check-in is scheduled for 4:00 p.m. and check-out is at 11:00 a.m. If you need a late check-out, please contact us with 24 hours' notice; this will generate an additional cost. Please register all members staying with us by providing a photo ID on the same day as the check-in to ensure a smooth process, as the building only allows access to registered guests. The building's Wi-Fi is a shared service and speed may vary. We provide a starter kit of supplies for your first day. Unfortunately, we do not provide washcloths. Please keep household items inside the apartment and turn off the air conditioning when leaving to maintain a comfortable environment for everyone.
