The fully appointed kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and all the essentials you need to prepare meals. In-unit conveniences include a washer and dryer for a hassle-free stay. There is a mandatory resort fee that covers essential beach services, including an umbrella, towels, and two chairs. The fee is $40 per day for stays of 1–14 nights, $35 per day for stays of 15–29 nights, and $30 per day for stays of 30+ nights, with applicable taxes not included. Optional valet parking is available at $35 per day for 1–7 days, $30 per day for 8+ days, $650 monthly, and $480 per month for stays of 6 months or more, with applicable taxes not included. A package reception service is available at Lyfe Resort and Residences, with a cost of $5.50 per package during regular hours and $27.50 after hours. Please bring a valid photo ID when picking up your package. If the package is under someone else's name, you’ll still need your ID.
