Early check-in and late check-out are available for an extra cost of $30. Pets are welcome for an additional $100 fee. A Pack 'n Play, high chair, and cooler are available upon request. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property and a $250 penalty for noise disturbances requiring police intervention. A $250 penalty applies for unauthorized pets in the unit and a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the property will result in a pro-rated chargeback. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door. Penalties will be withdrawn from your booking account. Turn off the AC when opening doors or windows to prevent it from freezing.
