The apartment includes a kitchenette with a stovetop, refrigerator, toaster, tea pod, and microwave, ensuring you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy the convenience of flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi, along with central A/C, linens, and towels. The electronic lock system ensures easy access without the need for keys. Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability, and have an extra cost of $30. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking in the property and a $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. A $250 penalty applies for having pets in the unit and a $100 penalty for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. Turn off the AC when you open the door or windows to prevent it from freezing and stopping. A laptop computer is not included.
