This apartment features a compact kitchenette set-up, including a cooktop for light meals, a refrigerator to keep your items fresh, a toaster for quick breakfasts, a tea pod for your daily brew, and a microwave for easy heating. Comfort and convenience amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, fresh linens and towels, secure access with a keypad and electronic lock, an iron and ironing board, and a hair dryer. Beach-ready essentials such as an umbrella, chairs, and towels are included, along with starter essentials like dish soap, shampoo, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper. Optional early check-in or late check-out is available for $30, subject to availability. A cooler is also available upon request. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will incur a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, with quiet time from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. A $250 penalty applies if noise levels, parties, or other obscene behavior require a police callout, and you will also be dismissed from the property without a refund. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance to your property. Once your trash cans are full, please deposit trash in the large trash cans located at the building entrance. Avoid throwing trash or paper towels in the toilet to prevent clogging. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. Upon checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
