Enjoy the convenience of a keypad lock and electronic lock, eliminating the need for keys. Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking in the property, $250 penalty if noise level or other obscene behavior requires a police callout, and $250 penalty for having pets in the unit. A $100 penalty applies for leaving trash outside the entrance. Damage to the interior or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback. On checkout, please turn off the lights, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account. Turn off the AC when you open the door/windows to prevent it from freezing and stopping.
