This brand-new apartment offers all the comforts you need, including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with a stainless steel refrigerator/freezer, glass stove, integrated oven, silent dishwasher, integrated microwave, stove, dishes, coffee maker, and toaster. The spacious bedroom includes a hairdryer, electronic safe, iron/ironing board, and TVs. Enjoy ceramic floors, electronic door locks, European-style cabinetry, and modern-style designer fixtures and faucets. Rooftop infinity pool, hot tub, gym, and sun deck are available. Parking is not included. You can park at the condo for $42 a day, or obtain a public parking pass for $110 per month plus taxes. A pack-n-play crib is available upon request. One pet per unit is welcome for free; additional pets may incur fees. The condo has a 25 lbs restriction (doesn’t apply to ESA). Located along North Ocean Drive in Hollywood Beach, this apartment is within walking distance of the famous Hollywood Beach Broadwalk and the beach, where you can enjoy activities such as jet skiing, fishing, sailing, biking, and golf. South Beach and Miami are a short drive away. The Broadwalk features bars, restaurants, boutiques, and shops. Swimming is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage.
