He has developed a strong niche working with Latin American buyers and sellers—not only because he is bilingual, but because he understands the customs, values, and expectations that are important to Latin American clients when investing in U.S. real estate.
Delainy began his real estate journey in 2012 through personal real estate investments, giving him firsthand insight into market cycles, risk management, and value-driven decision-making. That foundation led him to real estate sales, where he now focuses on educating and guiding clients with honesty and clarity. From small transactions to complex, high-value deals, Delainy believes every client deserves trusted representation and informed advice.
