Guests can bring up to 2 pets for a fee of $125 per pet, per stay. Hernando Beach is a quiet, scenic coastal area with restaurants, parks, and charming waterfront views. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking or vaping has taken place, a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property, and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If pets are unauthorized, a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund will be charged.
