Guest bedrooms also include en-suite full bathrooms. The fully equipped gourmet kitchen boasts a large kitchen island with bar stools and a coffee maker. Enjoy the convenience of an in-unit washer and dryer, cable TV, and Wi-Fi. Beach essentials are provided, and the apartment is suitable for children. There is a large living room and dining room area, a business center, and city skyline views. The building offers a first-floor waterfront pool in front of the fitness center, open from 8 am to 7 pm daily, a well-equipped gym on the first floor next to the pool area and bistro, and a small bistro on the first floor next to the pool, offering a variety of food, beverages, snacks, and coffee. Trash can be emptied using the building trash chute, located at the end of the hall by the elevators. Valet parking is optional, with rates as follows: 1–7 days for $28 per day, 8–10 days for $25 per day, 11–19 days for $250 per stay, and 20–30 days for $295 per stay plus tax. Additional charges may apply for oversized vehicles. All incoming packages will incur a fee of $5 per package. Resort fees are non-refundable and are $30 per night for 1–6 nights, $25 per night for 7–15 nights, $20 per night for 16–29 nights, and $300 per month for 30+ nights. For stays exceeding 30 days, the fee is $300 per month plus $10 per additional day beyond the monthly period. A Walmart is conveniently located across the street from the Beachwalk building. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 7 am. Guests must be 25 years or older unless accompanied by a responsible adult. No parties or events are allowed. Only registered guests can stay overnight, and a list must be sent before check-in. The availability of resort facilities, run by a third party, cannot be guaranteed. Vehicles parked in violation of parking rules are subject to immediate towing. For extended reservations of 20 nights or more, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning service will be scheduled every two weeks. To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, guests may be asked to provide a copy of an official government-issued photo ID, confirm contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches the ID, pass through a verification portal, and in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
