Stay connected with free Wi-Fi, and keep comfortable regardless of the weather with central A/C. All linens and towels are provided, along with essentials like shampoo, conditioner, soap, a hair dryer, and an iron. For those traveling with little ones, a Pack 'n play is available upon request, and a cooler is offered for your outdoor adventures on request. Early check-in and late check-out are available, subject to availability, and have an extra cost of $30. Pets are allowed for an extra $100 fee. Check-in is from 4 PM to 12 AM, and check-out is at 10 AM. A late check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty. Parties are fully prohibited, and quiet time is from 10 PM to 6 AM. There is a $300 penalty for smoking on the property, and you will be dismissed from your rental without a refund. Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account. On checkout, please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you. Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your booking account.
