This villa features 6 spacious bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, along with 2 living areas and a free washer and dryer. Enjoy a private pool with the option to add heat, a large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a game room, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Located in the beautiful ChampionsGate community, the villa also offers outdoor pool loungers and free access to the community water park and amenity center or clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway parked side to side and up to 1 vehicle on the street in front of the property. The garage has been converted into a game room, so indoor parking is not available. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in Florida, offering a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks like Disney World. Enjoy shopping and dining at Posner Park, and benefit from close proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways, making travel a breeze. The villa is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, so supplies are not refilled during your stay. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
