There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by being considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
