The large full kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast before an adventure filled day in Orlando. Enjoy a private pool right in the backyard and bring some snacks and soak in the Florida sun on the pool deck. Other amenities include a free washer and dryer, spacious indoor dining area, and outdoor patio furniture. Enjoy free access to the community water park, amenity center, and clubhouse. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please provide at least a week's notice and coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. ChampionsGate is a gated masterplan community in Florida. Enjoy a recreation-rich lifestyle with lavish amenities, including world-class golf courses, and nearby access to Orlando’s theme parks, like Disney World, along with shopping and dining at Posner Park. Plus, travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. Disney World is 15 minutes away and Universal Studios is 25 minutes away. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests that can be accommodated at any given time is 10. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 3 cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
