If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay. Disney World is 15 minutes away and Universal Studios is 25 minutes away. Transportation is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park in the spaces near the house. Do not block sidewalks, driveways, or park on the grass. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
