This one-of-a-kind resort is fit for large families to ensure your Florida stay will be one to remember, featuring 6 spacious bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. This home features 2 living areas, a free washer and dryer, a private pool, a game room with a pool table, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Enjoy the outdoor pool loungers and free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. During inclement weather we do not advise using the pool. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation.
