It's only 20 minutes from Disney, 28 minutes to Universal Studios and 25 minutes from SeaWorld. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage, plus space for one additional vehicle on the street directly in front of the home. Additional parking spots for overflow parking can be found in the community on Lava Tree Dr. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. Check-out is at 10 AM. If you would like pool heat and/or hot tub, it must be requested in writing a week prior to check-in, as it requires up to 24 hours to heat.
