The large kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, and there are spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. Free access to the community water park and amenity center/clubhouse is included. Pool and spa heating is available for $35 per day of stay, with at least a week's notice required for coordination. We welcome one house-trained dog under 50 lbs with a pet fee and a $150 security deposit. Propane grills are available, but propane is usually provided by guests. There are security cameras outside for safety, but none point to the pool area. No smoking or drugs are allowed inside or outside the home, and a maximum of 18 guests can be accommodated. Please be considerate of neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, and any violation of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
