If you would like to add heating for the pool and spa, please request it at least one week in advance. The cost is $35 per day, billed separately. Note that during cold or rainy weather, pool use is not recommended. The pool is serviced weekly, but rain may temporarily affect water clarity due to debris. For your convenience, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and one roll of toilet paper are provided per bathroom; detergent pods for up to two loads are provided for laundry; and paper towels, trash bags, dish detergent, sponge, salt, pepper, cooking oil, and a coffee maker (coffee not included) are provided for the kitchen. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to welcome one house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs), and a pet fee is required.
