Located in Davenport’s ChampionsGate community, this home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests with 11 beds. A bedroom and a shared bathroom on the first floor offer easy access for those who prefer to avoid stairs, while the upper level provides additional bedrooms, bathrooms, and a second living area for extra privacy. This home is designed for comfort and fun, featuring a main family room with a flat-screen TV and reclining couches. A game room, equipped with a pool table, provides an additional gathering spot. The full kitchen boasts stainless-steel appliances, offering ample space for group cooking, with indoor-outdoor dining options available. For your convenience, bathroom supplies, fresh linens, towels, and laundry facilities are provided for longer stays. The private pool is available year-round, and the fenced backyard and patio are furnished with sun loungers, creating a comfortable outdoor retreat. Optional pool heat is available. Pets are welcome with a fee of $25 per pet per night. The community also provides a safe environment with a 24-hour security guard. During inclement (cold and/or rainy) weather, using the pool is not advised. The pool is serviced weekly, and after it rains, some debris may wash into the pool, potentially causing the water to appear slightly discolored. Check-out time is 10 AM, and staying beyond the scheduled check-out time may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home; supplies are not refilled during your stay. Each bathroom includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. The laundry room provides enough detergent pods for up to two loads. Guests are requested to wipe shoes at the door, and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible to maintain cleanliness. Quiet hours are observed between 10 pm and 8 am; guests should be considerate while socializing outdoors and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are permitted on the property unless kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The property reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
