This home features a private backyard pool with optional heat and loungers, a game room with a pool table, large living areas, and a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Enjoy two distinct living areas, including a main family room with leather recliners and a flat-screen TV, and a separate game room with a pool table and casual seating. The large, fully stocked kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances and plenty of counter space. Indoor and outdoor dining tables accommodate the whole group. Enjoy free access to the community water park and resort amenities. If you would like to add pool heating, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you for $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Transportation is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. A maximum of 15 guests are allowed at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed four per reservation. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
