Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and excessive noise should be minimized between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please respect the neighborhood and adhere to all posted guidelines within the home. Violations of house rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. A remote work-friendly environment with Wi-Fi is available, though a laptop computer is not included.
