A pet is welcome with a fee applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. Propane for the grill is provided by the guests, and a propane tank is available, though its fullness upon arrival cannot be guaranteed. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway and 1 vehicle on the street. Located in ChampionsGate, this home offers a recreation-rich lifestyle with access to world-class golf courses and nearby Orlando theme parks, such as Disney World, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, which are all within a 30-minute drive. Enjoy shopping and dining at Posner Park, and take advantage of easy access to I-4 and 27 freeways. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 13. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please don't park on the grass, or alongside the streets parallel to another vehicle. If you need an additional parking spot, there's a section in the community called Lava Tree Dr where you can find extra parking spots for overflow parking. During the day, you can park in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not permitted. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
