The Queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is located downstairs, while the King bedroom suite and Mickey Mouse themed children's room are on the second level. The King bedroom comes with a laptop-friendly dedicated workstation, baby crib, and sparkling ensuite bathroom. Each bedroom comes with its own smart TV, and the home is connected to high-speed Wi-Fi. The kids will love the upstairs lounge area, which features an air hockey table for entertainment and an additional sofa bed for guests. Pool heating is an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $35 per night, available upon request with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Mid-stay cleaning is available for reservations over 3 days in duration for an extra fee and must be booked in advance. Your BBQ comes with a complimentary full propane tank at check-in, and a one-time refill is available for $55. A "Pack 'N Play Crib" is available for $40 as a one-time fee, and a highchair can also be provided for $40 as a one-time fee. Late departures will result in a fine of $150 for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover. Large messes will result in an additional cleaning fee. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property. Any evidence of pets will result in a fine. We do not assume liability for any injuries sustained by using the pool. Please follow all safety precautions and use at your own discretion. Firearms and weapons are strictly prohibited in the home. SECURITY DEPOSIT A $100 refundable security deposit is required to be paid a day before check-in to cover any incidental charges or damages.
