This immaculate condo boasts beautiful tile floors throughout the open living area, complete with a roomy sectional and a large smart Roku television. The kitchen is a dream for food lovers, featuring stainless steel appliances, a stylish two-seater island, a modern Keurig coffee maker with K-cups, sugar, and creamer, a pearl-like backsplash, and gorgeous granite countertops. The modern and sleek bathroom includes a shower and bathtub, and modern shelving for easy towel access. The cozy bedroom has a cottage-like feel with a shabby chic design, featuring a comfy queen-size bed, a stylish bed frame, a sizable closet with hangers, and a spacious dresser. A designated parking space is located right under the condo. Guests have access to a shared laundry room on the property with coin-operated machines and a folding table, and a shared BBQ area for outdoor cooking. This condo is just steps away from the beach access boardwalk and within walking distance to restaurants and more. It's a short walk from the Fort Walton Beach convention center and the Okaloosa Island pier. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, full of locals, and tucked between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico. The beach is a 2-minute walk following the boardwalk across the street, directly connecting to the Gulf of Mexico's beautiful sugar-white warm sandy beach and the intercostal waterway near the Brooks Bridge. The Santa Rosa Sound is also a minute or two away, connected to the boardwalk. Okaloosa Island is known for less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 minutes from Destin depending on traffic.
