The cozy bedroom has a cottage-like feel with a shabby chic design, featuring a comfy queen-size bed, a stylish bed frame, a sizable closet with hangers, and a spacious dresser. Guests have the option to use the in-unit washer/dryer or the community laundry for a fee of $1.50 per use. Parking is restricted to designated areas. Recreational facilities and the laundry room may not be used during quiet hours. Trash should be disposed of inside the dumpsters. Smoking is not allowed near the building. Check-out time is 10:00 AM; a $50 fine will be applied for late check-out. A $25 late check-out fee per hour will be charged if approved by the host prior to booking. Guests must notify the host of their expected arrival time at least 6 hours in advance. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered.
