This recently updated condo offers a comfortable living space with a dreamy decor. This charming condo features a queen-sized bed with a memory foam mattress and one full bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with a 2-burner stove top, a convection air fryer, a large sink, and a refrigerator with an ice maker. Enjoy a cup of coffee or tea from the provided Keurig. For entertainment, there's a 55" smart TV with WiFi and YouTube TV in the living room. Free on-site covered parking is available for one vehicle and pets are allowed with prior approval and a pet fee. Shared access to the complex's outdoor grill area is also available. Nestled in a quaint, local neighborhood, this condo is just a quick walk across the boardwalk to the gorgeous white sands of the Gulf of Mexico. It's tucked between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, with the beach a 2-minute walk away. Okaloosa Island is known for its less crowded beaches and is about a 10-15 minute drive to Destin. The neighborhood is conveniently located near restaurants, bars, and tourist attractions. Smoking is not allowed in or near the condo, including on the walkway. There is a noise ordinance in effect from 10 pm to 7 am. Check-out time is 10 am, and a $50 fine will be applied for late check-out. Guests are required to remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. A $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. A $100 pet fee will be applied once pets are approved, and guests who bring pets without approval will be charged a $300 fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are allowed on the property. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony, deck, or patio railings is strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Any damage to the property will be charged to the guest. Host or Host's Agent may enter the property at any time in the event of an emergency, to perform necessary repairs and/or maintenance, and with 24 hours’ notice for normal maintenance. Host shall not be liable or responsible for personal items left behind, lost or stolen. Keys replacement cost $25 per key. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the available trash can. No eating of food in any bedroom is allowed. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks. Quiet time is 10pm to 8am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction. By booking this unit, you give permission to use a third-party to verify your identity and check criminal databases to confirm your reservation.
