The cozy bedroom boasts a comfortable king-sized memory foam bed, and a sleeper sofa and floor mattress are available for additional guests. One designated parking space is provided. Pets are welcome with a $100 pet fee per approved pet, and guests who bring pets without prior approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and evicted. A shared washer and dryer are available for laundry needs. Hanging beach towels, swimsuits, or clothing over balcony railings is strictly prohibited. There are no pets allowed except with prior written authorization. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Guests must report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests are responsible for child-proofing the unit. Guests agree to pay any damage made to the property.
