This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property cannot be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move-in along with the second payment, no exceptions. These are the additional fees not included in this reservation and must be paid separately. Allow 30 days for processing.
