There is a wall-mounted A/C unit, a full bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a walk-in closet for your clothes and storage needs. The property has a lovely in-ground pool and multiple on-site laundry areas. A well-maintained City park is right across the street, and on the south side of the canal is the Sailboat Bend Preserve - a 1.3 acre greenspace with walking trails -- the area is surprisingly tranquil as a result. There are numerous shops and businesses nearby, and the location gives quick and easy access to both I-95 to the west and Federal Highway to the east.
