My name is Maria Torres, and 20 years ago I moved from Ecuador to Florida to study Finance and Accounting at FIU. What started as a new chapter in my education quickly became a love story with this vibrant state—its palm trees, beaches, diverse cultures, and incredible food scene made it impossible not to fall in love.
After working in corporate accounting for over 12 years, I discovered a passion I never expected: real estate. What began as a creative outlet—renovating homes and giving them style—soon turned into a full-time career and a life-changing journey.
Now, nearly four years later, I’ve built a business I love. I buy, sell, renovate, and build properties throughout South Florida. I bring more than just real estate knowledge—I bring my background in finance, construction management, negotiation, and most of all, people.
