However, it is important to note that the overflow parking is 2 miles south of the Oceans of Amelia complex and is on a first-come, first-served basis only. Only one vehicle per condo is allowed at this complex. This is a residential community, not a resort. This condominium will be under construction starting approximately September 2024. No pets allowed.
